   The team member completes the department's report form in Outlook or in a web browser. Fields match how the department runs: hourly production counts, checklists, photos and open issues. Drafts save automatically.

   The supervisor reviews

   The supervisor approves the report or returns it for correction with comments. Nothing is distributed without review, and each report keeps a complete history of who wrote it, who changed it and who approved it.

   Leadership receives one email

   One summary email per shift change, built from approved reports and organized by department. The same format every shift, every day.

   The floor sees the status

   Wall-mounted daily management boards update with KPI status, trends and the open issues carried into the next shift.
